We have recently completed the new Brassiere Restaurant kitchen at All Saints Golf Hotel and Country Club near Bury St Edmunds.
The new owners are refurbishing and updating many areas of the hotel rapidly such as many of the guest bedrooms, the gym and spa and putting in a new reception. Our task was to create a new Galley kitchen on the first floor.
JRS is a large 500 cover buffet restaurants with live cooking stations and is one of our biggest ongoing projects. Total catering have been supplying & installing JRC for over 6 years with the most recent openings of Ilford in 2013, Watford in 2014 and now JRC Southampton in November, 2015. Now we are looking forward to see the fruits of our joint work with JRC.
A thriving tea rooms in the picturesque village of Dedham nestled on the Suffolk border of constable country. Part of the Tiptree Tea Room group, this pretty Tea Room was in desperate need of an upgrade in the kitchen, in order to be able to keep up with the growing demand.
Chelmer Valley is one of the largest secondary schools in Essex , where we were approached by local builders to install a kitchen. The project was handed over before the end of a wild summer recess ready for 1200 hungry students to try the new menus.
